As a coach, transformations like this are about so much more than a before and after photo! Watching Denise grow in confidence, build healthier habits and stay committed to herself has been an absolute privilege!!

The physical changes are clear to see, but what makes me most proud is the consistency, determination and belief she’s built along the way. No quick fixes, no chasing perfection, just small, sustainable changes that have added up to amazing progress. 👏

This is exactly why I love what I do! 🥰 So proud of how far she’s come, and even more excited for what’s ahead. 💪

One year apart 😳 What a difference!

From an empty shell and a vision of what the space could become, to a fully finished spin room that’s welcomed so many people through its doors. 🚴‍♀️💪

The only difference is… the “happy hour” didn’t last quite as long as we’d hoped 😂😂😂

But one thing’s for sure, it certainly became a happy place for a lot of people!! A place to switch off, clear your head, push yourself, have a laugh, meet people and enjoy that feeling you get after a good session.

Roll on Monday to we get bums on seats and stuck in to the next block!!! 🚴‍♀️💪

I have just finished my 2nd bootcamp with Clare Coulter Coaching and I’ve absolutely loved being part of this community! It has made such a noticeable difference to my overall fitness and endurance, and I can really see the improvement in my running too.

The classes are varied, challenging but enjoyable, and I’ve found that my strength, endurance and confidence have all improved. The variety of exercises keeps every session interesting, and the encouragement and motivation from Clare and Nicola make such a difference. It’s pushed me outside my comfort zone while still making fitness feel fun and achievable. Weekly challenges encourage better habits, movement and eating well and everyone is so supportive. Every big win and little win is celebrated!!

I would definitely recommend this bootcamp to anyone looking to start their fitness journey, improve their fitness or become a stronger runner. There are packages to suit everyone, pay as you go, classes only or weekly challenges which keep you motivated and accountable. It has made a real difference to me!

Achievements (PBs)

New 5km (25:40 - 1 minute off)
10 mile (1:33 - 8 minutes off)
Half marathon (2:09 - 5 minutes off)

and I am currently training for my first marathon!

❤️ AN AMAZING £5,725 RAISED! 💚

We are absolutely delighted to announce that the final amount raised from Saturday’s fundraiser is an incredible £5,725! 🎉

This money will secure a defibrillator for 3A Ballyrusley Road, which will be available for the whole community to access in the event of an emergency.

After the defibrillator has been purchased and installed, all remaining funds will be donated to Macmillan Cancer Support.

We simply cannot thank everyone enough for the support you have shown over the last few weeks!! It has been an amazing fundraiser from start to finish, and we are so grateful to live in a community that comes together and supports one another when it matters!!

£5,725 raised. A community defibrillator secured and a donation going to Macmillan Cancer Support 💚❤️

Up next from Saturday, is our little HYROXers of the day! 💪

These kids were absolutely fantastic from start to finish! They worked so hard, gave everything a go and most importantly had loads of fun along the way. Of course, we had to throw in a little bit of friendly competition too! 🤭

One of the loveliest things to see was so many kids mixing with others they didn’t already know. They teamed up, encouraged each other, worked together and had plenty of laughs in between. It was brilliant seeing everyone getting involved, no matter their ability.

The room was filled with such a great atmosphere, lots of energy, determination, teamwork, laughter and smiling faces. ❤️

They should all be so proud of themselves. What a brilliant bunch of little HYROXers! 💪

A fab way to finish off a very busy day! 🥰
