I help MEN aged 18-40 who are struggling with the chaos inside their head and teach them how to create the life they want to achieve FREEDOM 🙌🦍

The lessons that changed my life weren’t learned through education

They were learned through mistakes.

Failure.
Heartbreak.
Addiction.
Depression.
Consequences.

Most people want a better life, very few are willing to take responsibility for creating one

So let me ask you…

Are your current habits moving you closer to the life you want?

Or further away from it?

Because the quality of your future is hidden inside the choices you’re making today

Which lesson in this post hit you the hardest?

How many times have you promised yourself things would be different?

Next week, next month, after the holiday, when work settles down..

Yet here you are stuck in the same cycle.

How much longer are you willing to tolerate a life you know you’re capable of improving?

And what is it costing you by staying the same?

Something to think about 🧠

For years I convinced myself that life would change when the timing was right.

“I’ll start on Monday”

“I’ll sort myself out after the weekend”

“What harm can one more night do?”

I repeated the same bu****it to myself for weeks on end.

The weaks turned into months, months turned into years.

But why couldn’t I break the cycle?

The problem wasn’t that I didn’t know what I needed to do

The problem was I kept waiting for perfect conditions to do it

So I kept going round in circles

Repeating the same habits and behaviours

And always paying the price of guilt, shame and regret.

I was trapped in a cycle of self-sabotage. And I know so many people who still are!

Everything changed when I stopped waiting and started taking responsibility

Not because I suddenly became motivated

Not because I finally figured it all out

But because the pain of staying the same became greater than the pain of growth

A few years later, I’ve learned that failure isn’t something we should fear

Failure is part of the process.

The real danger is staying exactly where you are because you’re scared of what might happen

The perfect time isn’t coming, stop waiting for it.

There’s a huge difference between interest and commitment.

Interest works when it’s convenient

Commitment works no matter what

Interest likes the thought of achieving the goal

Commitment falls in love with the process

Most people are interested

Very few are committed

Because commitment requires a different version of you

One that keeps promises to themselves

Chooses delayed over instant gratification

And stops listening to their feelings

That’s the part most people struggle with.

Because it can be extremely uncomfortable

Yet everything you’ve ever wanted sits on the other side of that discomfort.

Physical pain is one of the greatest teachers you’ll ever have.

Voluntary discomfort is where you discover something most people rarely learn

The body is very rarely the first thing to quit.

Every time you push through a long run, hard workout, long hike or some form of physical challenge, you’re collecting evidence

Evidence that you can handle more.

Evidence that discomfort won’t kill you.

Evidence that your limits aren’t where you thought they were.

And once you learn that physically, you start applying it elsewhere 👇

Business.

Relationships.

Fatherhood.

Life.

The man who can stay calm and keep moving when things get uncomfortable has an advantage most people will never understand.

That’s why we do hard things

Not because suffering is the goal 🎯

Because growth is 🚀

Every time you make an excuse, you teach yourself that fear is in charge.

“I’m not fit enough”

“I’m not ready for this”

“I might do it next time”

On the surface, these excuses seem harmless.

But every excuse reinforces the belief that you’re incapable

And over time, that destroys confidence.

Most people think confidence comes before action.

It doesn’t..

Confidence is built by keeping promises to yourself.

By doing things that scare you.

By stepping into situations where there’s a chance you might fail.

By proving to yourself that you’re capable of more than you thought.

That’s exactly why Organised Chaos exists.

Not to test your fitness, but to test your mindset.

Every man who takes part arrives with doubts

Every man leaves with evidence that he’s stronger than he believed.

The question isn’t, “Am I ready to do this?”

The question is, “Am I prepared to stay the same?”

Organised Chaos 6.0 is coming ⏳

Will you keep making excuses?

Or will you finally find out what you’re truly capable of?

Halfway through the year.

Most people start January motivated.

New goals 🎯
New Habits 🏃‍♀️
New promises 🤝

Then life happened.

Work got busy.
Motivation faded.
Comfort won.

Unfortunately time doesn’t care about you. Time passes whether you take action or not

In another 6 months you’ll either be grateful you started today or wishing you had

You don’t need a new year.
You don’t need a perfect plan.
You don’t need more motivation.

You just need to make a decision!

A decision to stop negotiating with yourself ✋

A decision to become the person you said you wanted to be.

The next 6 months are coming regardless…

Stop counting the days and make the days count 👁️

Hyrox Helsinki 🇫🇮

These past few weeks I’ve let myself get carried away…

The week before this race I run 2 marathons and a total of 109km 🏃‍♂️

After hitting a 34 min PB on Sunday in Belfast Marathon, my body was fatigued going into this race 🪫

During the race - my watch pacer wasn’t working and I couldn’t time my runs correctly

My strongest station (Farmer Carry’s) I had a complete lapse of concentration and only completed one lap - resulting in a 3 min penalty

I could go on all day about what didn’t go my way but it all comes down to one thing…

Not listening to my body and the people closest to me

I’ve pushed myself beyond my limits and paid the price by finishing this race 9 minutes slower than I expected

Once this Viking Marathon & Quadrathon is complete, I’ll be taking a break from all races/competitions

I’ll go back to the drawing board and rebuild my body from the inside out

I’m gonna come back faster, fitter & stronger and absolutely blow that sub 70 mark out the water 🌊

You either win or you learn.

Control the Chaos 🦍

Still on the fence about Organised Chaos? 🦍

You know it will benefit you but fear & doubt is holding you back?

Whenever I ask people would they like to do Organised Chaos…

This is the typical response I get 👇

“It looks class, but I’d die in the first 5 minutes”

This couldn’t be any further from the truth ❌

I’ve had lads weighing 120kg, have never run a day in their life and within the first 2 hrs ran 7.5km round Tullymore

That’s just one example…

And whenever the event is over, you hear the usual 👇

“I’m so glad I done that, I never thought I was going to be able to do that but now I know I can”

This is what it’s all about 🙌

It’s my job to help you remove the perceived limitations inside your mind that have been holding you back from reaching your full potential 👁️

Yes, your ego might take a hit. But you will gain confidence, build discipline, earn respect and learn skills that you can apply to all aspects of life

So if you’re thinking about signing up and the only thing stopping you is the thought of “I’m not fit enough to do this”!

Just know that you’re wrong and this is your opportunity to take your body and mind to heights that you haven’t experienced yet 🚀
