Fancy becoming a Pilot???

Flight training, BA Speedbird & Jet2 Flightpath application support

Become a Pilot begins on Tuesday 8 September and provides 14 weeks of live online aviation education, academic support and career preparation for students aged 14–19.

The programme bridges the gap between "I want to be a pilot" and actually understanding how to prepare for the profession.

Students explore:
Commercial pilot training pathways
Fully funded airline training opportunities
Applied GCSE/A-Level Maths and Physics
Navigation, meteorology and aircraft performance
Airline aptitude and psychometric testing
Interview and application preparation
CRM, communication and teamwork
Professional pilot competencies

It's particularly relevant for students returning to school or college this September who are beginning to think seriously about their future.

Starts: Tuesday 8 September (NEXT WEEK!)
Live online: 6pm–8pm UK time
Age: 14–19
Programme: 14 weeks

After-school fitness club in the gym will resume on Friday 4th September at 2.30-3.30

It will be on after-school every Monday and Friday from 2.30-3.30

For health and safety, it's a maximum of 10 pupils , there will be a sign in sheet on gym door on Monday and Friday morn, first come first serve basis.

Everyone welcome, all year groups

Come along and enjoy a work-out with music after-school. 🎶💪

🥣 Breakfast Club Returns This Tuesday! 🥣

A great school day starts with a great breakfast!

We're delighted to remind pupils and families that our Breakfast Club begins this Tuesday and will run every school day from 8.15am.

Breakfast Club provides a welcoming start to the morning where pupils can:
✅ Meet up with friends
✅ Enjoy a free breakfast
✅ Start the day feeling ready to learn

A huge thank you to the local businesses who have generously supported our Breakfast Club and helped make this valuable provision available to our pupils.

🧠💜 Supporting Wellbeing in Sixth Form

Our Sixth Form pupils recently took part in a Mood Matters session, designed to support their emotional wellbeing and equip them with practical skills to navigate the everyday challenges that can impact us all.

The programme encourages positive mental health, resilience, and self-awareness, helping young people develop strategies to manage life's ups and downs.

🎓 Year 8 Parents - Reminder for Friday

Just a reminder that all Year 8 pupils will finish at 12.30pm on Friday 28th.

👔 Pupils are expected to wear their full school uniform.
🥪 They may also bring a break snack for the morning.

School will resume for Year 8, 9, 13 and 14 on Tuesday 1st with pupils in school until 3.30.

We look forward to seeing them and thank you for your continued support.
