A great first full week back to Rathcoole Ps
Lots of fun in the nursery and beyond 🚀
Great to see Claire along from Family Connections - Newtownabbey to welcome our families too.
We’re looking forward to a great year ahead, with a focus on ensuring ALL of our children are nurtured, inspired and flourish.
As a school we believe that every child matters, meeting them at their own starting point.

We look forward to seeing everyone back on Tuesday 1st September.

Many thanks to the local community for their patience during the car park renovations. We plan to be fully operational from 14th September 2026.

In the interim, as school fully resumes, please see guidance and share with anyone dropping off or picking up. The map is not the ‘actual’ school but gives an indication of where to walk. Staff will be in hi-vis vests to help support and direct.

Please be mindful and respectful of all other road users, of residents, school buses and follow road safety during these times. Patience is very much needed.

We thank the Education Authority for the huge investment in the school and community to ensure best provision for your wonderful .

We welcomed along our friends from Monkstown Boxing Club who will be joining the team every Wednesday to help support and educate our young people.
