📚 Restart School Sunday 🍎

September is a significant time for children, young people and their families as they start or return to school, college or university. For many of us, it's also an opportunity for a fresh start as we seek to be salt and light in the places God has called us.

We're inviting churches to take part in Restart School Sunday any time during August or September.

✨💙 Exciting news! 💙✨

Firstly, thank you to everyone who already gives regularly to support our work. Your faithful generosity enables us to build relationships with schools, support children and young people, and share the hope of Jesus in our local communities. We are so grateful! 🙏

We are delighted to share that we have secured 100% match funding for all new or increased regular monthly gifts to the Schools Project for the next year! 🎉

Thanks to the generosity of two local trusts, every new or increased regular donation will be matched pound for pound for one year, doubling the impact of your giving at no extra cost to you!✨

This summer, Scripture Union Northern Ireland will host 40 camps and missions, bringing together over 1,300 volunteers from all over the country 🙌
Together, they will invite more than 7,000 children to hear God’s Good News in church halls, on beaches, and in tents and barns. These camps and missions will take place from Mullingar to Millisle, Newtownbreda to Newton Stewart in Scotland, Carrickfinn to Castlewellan, and more 🏖️🏕️⛪️
Please pray for the SU at New Horizon, serving in P1–P4, P5–P7, SEN Kids, and SEN Youth. Pray for unity, energy, and opportunities to share Jesus clearly 📖
I'd particularly appreciate prayer for the P5–P7 team, where Ben Burke, Nathan Redmond, and I will be serving as Section Leaders (pictured below!) 🙏

School Uniform Project - 2 weeks to go!

Save the Date | Add to Calendar | Set a reminder

Our pop-up uniform shop opens on Tuesday 28th July until Thursday 30th July at Glengormley Methodist (Ballyclare Rd - opposite Lillian Bland Park).

We have a good quality pre-loved uniform items for local nursery, primary and post-primary schools. Get the little ones kitted out for the new school year or grab some spares!

Open to all - no criteria or referral needed!
