🧠 What’s behind your child’s behaviour? 🧠

Do you have a child who finds it hard to stay focused, moves quickly from one activity to another, or seems full of energy and acts on impulse?

We’re pleased to share a FREE online information session for parents and carers of children aged 4–16 years, as part of our friendly ADHD pilot workshop.

During the session, we’ll explore:
✅ What inattentive, hyperactive and impulsive behaviours can look like
✅ Why these behaviours may happen
✅ Practical ways to support children and families

This is a relaxed, supportive space to learn, ask questions, and discover which parenting approaches or programmes might best suit your family’s needs.

Shared play doesn’t always look the way we expect it to. Some children invite others into play through words, while others may use gestures, movement, eye gaze, sounds, repetition, or simply by staying close. Small moments of connection matter 💛

🌿 Extra support at tomorrow’s Food Share 🌿

At tomorrow’s food share (Scout Hall, 10:30–11:15am), we’ll have a friendly NHS health team joining us.

They’ll be offering optional, low-key health checks and wellbeing chats, things like blood pressure, general advice, and signposting.

👉 This is completely optional — no pressure at all
👉 Just a small table alongside us
👉 You’re very welcome to have a chat, or simply come along as normal

We’re always looking at ways to gently bring extra support into the space.

As always, everyone is welcome 💚
