Join Team Remarkable for the Walk15 Challenge!🚶‍♀️

We’re really pleased to be taking part in the Walk15 Challenge, running from 15th September to 30th April, and we’d love our Remarkable community to get involved.

We’re inviting all our students and learners at Ascent College and Wargrave House to take part, as well as, staff, families and the wider community. We’ll becompeting against schools and colleges from across Europe, with every step helping us climb the leaderboard! 🏆

It doesn’t matter how many steps you do – whether you’re walking the dog, going to the shops, heading out for a weekend walk or just getting a few extra steps in during the day, every step counts.

📬 Letters were sent home on Tuesday with more information about the challenge and how to join.

There’s no pressure to reach a particular target. It’s about getting moving, supporting our wellbeing and, most importantly, getting involved together as a community.

Come and join Team Remarkable - let’s see how far we can walk!

A huge well done to all our learners who have been reading at home!

Since our Pyjamarama book swap, many learners have been reading at home, exchanging books at school and taking home certificates, stickers and prizes.

It's wonderful to see so many of you finding your love of reading.

This morning the KS4 staff organised a special leaving party for the year 11 students.
It was amazing to see staff from across school joining us to wish them well... we have another little suprise later so watch this space.. good luck to each and every one if you in what every you do. We are all proud of you 🥰
