Four class free trial and then £2.50 each class

All senior instructors are first aid trained, underwent full disclosure DBS check and with many years experience.

We have now moved into larger premises and from August we will be training at Newton Aycliffe Methodists Church Hall, Neville parade, Newton Aycliffe, DL5 5DH.

We have waiting list in place but from the beginning of September we will be accepting beginners and returning students in all our classes.

If you or your child would like to join us please contact us to be added to the waiting list and we will be in touch at the end of August to advise a start date.

Recently relocated to Aycliffe Methodist church hall, Neville’s parade

More space allows us to welcome beginners again from the beginning of September, currently waiting list in place on all classes.

Red Dragons - an introduction to karate for children aged from 5-8. Thursdays 6-7 (1 hour) two class free trial then £2.50 per class £10 monthly

Khohai Dragons - karate for children aged 8-years. Thursdays 7-8 (1 hour) two class free trial then £2.50 per class £10.00 monthly

Iron Dragons - karate for teens and adults aged 13 upwards. Sunday 4-6 (2 hours) two class free trial then £4.00 per class £16.00 per month

Annual federation licence £12.00 per year

All senior instructors underwent full disclosure DBS check, first aid trained and with many years experience.

We are a non profit organisation, a family club that keeps our fees low so everyone can experience the benefits of karate and the martial arts.

Welcoming beginners and those who may wish to return to karate after time away.

You said tomorrow, then next week, then next month.

Life gets busy, we all understand this. But the truth is simple, we make time for what matters to us. Saying something is important means very little if there is no action behind it.

One of the most common things former karateka say is “I wish I never stopped.” And those who return after years away often say the same thing again, because they realise how much catching up is needed later in life, not only physically, but mentally, technically, and in keeping up with the evolution of training.

The good news? You are always welcome back. The dojo doors are still open, Sensei will be there. Familiar faces you remember will still greet you, there will be students you have never met before, even some older members still training steadily, and energetic youngsters pushing hard every class.

You do not need to return perfectly prepared.... You just need to return.
