Trina's Tots Childminding

We love celebrating birthdays at Trina’s Tots, and it was twice the fun when it was for some gorgeous 3 year old twin girlies earlier this month! 👧👧❤️❤️

Bizarrely, when I made the cakes, all the eggs I used had double yolks, which seemed very appropriate for twins!

Since Covid-19, fairy cakes have replaced bigger cakes, as blowing at the candles needs to be more hygienic.... but nobody seems to mind a fairy cake or 2 instead! 🧁 🧁

Today’s after-school/ nursery snack! The Trina’s Tots children have always been offered a selection of of 5 fruits/vegetables for the first part of their afternoon snack, to help contribute to their ‘5 a day’ goal. It has to be said that watermelon is one of their absolute favourites!

We are delighted to share with you , our recent award, which we received in recognition for our provision for children with special educational needs and disabilities.

This is a new award for childcare settings to examine, reflect upon & demonstrate how they provide for children with special educational needs & disabilities of all types.

We have been working towards this award during the past year, having been chosen to be part of a pilot scheme for Somerset County Council, by the area SENCO team. 😁
