Your Role
As an Early Years Practitioner, youβll:
β’ Provide a safe, caring, and inclusive environment for children aged 2β5.
β’ Plan and deliver fun, creative, and educational activities in line with the EYFS framework.
β’ Support childrenβs individual learning and development.
β’ Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
β’ Maintain accurate records and contribute to the smooth running of our preschool day.
What Weβre Looking For
β’ A Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
β’ A genuine passion for working with young children.
β’ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
β’ Reliability, creativity, and a nurturing approach.
β’ Experience in a similar setting is desirable but not essential β we value enthusiasm and commitment!
