About Us
At Tiny Toes Preschool, we believe every child deserves a warm, nurturing, and stimulating environment where they can play, learn, and grow. Our small, friendly team is passionate about early childhood education and we’re looking for a caring and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join us!

Your Role
As an Early Years Practitioner, you’ll:
• Provide a safe, caring, and inclusive environment for children aged 2–5.
• Plan and deliver fun, creative, and educational activities in line with the EYFS framework.
• Support children’s individual learning and development.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to the smooth running of our preschool day.

What We’re Looking For
• A Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
• A genuine passion for working with young children.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability, creativity, and a nurturing approach.
• Experience in a similar setting is desirable but not essential — we value enthusiasm and commitment!

Today we say goodbye to our wonderful Rachel after two fantastic years with us.

Thank you, Rachel, for all your hard work, kindness, and dedication. You have made such a positive difference to our children, families, and staff, and we are so grateful for everything you’ve done.
