Sidmouth captured in a copper foil panel brilliantly! Designed and made by Charlotte as a first piece!
Congrats Charlotte what a fab job you did!🙂 Loving the design and your choice of glass, your Sidmouth scene deserves a special place where it can be admired regularly.

Who doesn't love a lemon 🍋!
First of the 3 fab copper foil pieces made on Saturday.
Tilly loves lemons 🍋 so why choose anything else to make as a first panel?
I love the range of blues she used to surround the lemon as they make the yellow sing 💛.
Well done Tilly, hope your panel is hanging somewhere you can see it and smile 😃

A great chance for a beginner- one space left on Saturday 29th Aug copper foil course.
Message or email [email protected] if you fancy a wonderfully creative and practical day making your first stained glass creation.
All tools provided and tea and coffee free and available throughout the day.
Make a small mirror, light catcher or panel .
Learn step by step how to cut glass, use a glass grinder, apply copper foil and solder your project together.
Have a great making day and go home proudly carrying your first piece of stained glass.
£95 which includes all materials.

Here we go folks, latest stained glass course dates.

Please remember there are only 4 spaces available per course and some of them have already been snapped up.

Open to beginners and improvers. Improvers you can choose to work on projects of your own choosing, lead or copper foil on any of the dates. Beginners please check the technique that you will be learning on particular days before booking.

Quick reminder ...... Lead came is the traditional method of using lead strips to join glass together to make panels and copper foil is the more versatile method of using copper foil tape wrapped around the edges of each piece of glass and enables you to make lightcatchers, small panels or mirrors and later on 3d objects such as lamps, boxes and terrariums.

Last but not least here is Naomi's fab lead came panel!

A really personal piece that features one of my favourite scenes too! I don't know about you but walking under a bridge or tunnel out towards the sun and the beach is one of the best scenes you can get.

What a super way to remember a favourite place, make a stained glass panel of it!

Another little beaut from Saturday's lead came course. Caroline has some glass experience already and used the course as a refresher.
Loving the composition and use of the blue glass to make the warm colours zing!
Beautifully made piece and taken home proudly. Congrats Caroline I think you can safely say that your skills with glass are still all there. Can't wait to see you on the copper foil course.

Such an amazing combination of colours and patterns on Carol's first lead came beginner stained glass panel.
This little beauty will be able to remind her of what a fab glass crafting day she had and also provide a daily uplift as it shines its vibrancy at her.
