🙌 Today marks the end of my academic year with all the amazing students and families that I’ve had the absolute pleasure to work with.
As I reflect on the academic year 2025-2026, I am proud that:
🌟 100% 11+ students last year passed their exam, given 3 yeses to the Torbay Schools and were all offered spaces
🌟 I started offering flexible tuition to a few home-ed families working with my students 1-8 hours per week on Maths, Reading and Writing and we enjoyed so much creativity and flexibility
🌟 I welcomed new students to my 11+, SATs and KS2 Maths groups
🌟 I opened up 11+ tuition to students in Year 4 to help them build strong foundations through early preparation
🌟 I was nominated for the Business of the Year award in our town
👶🏻 Today also marks the start of my maternity leave when my classroom will be closed to students apart from their pre-booked mock exams, workshops and one to ones.
💐 I’d like to say a huge thank you to all my students and their families for their lovely handwritten cards, notes and thoughtful gifts for me and my family, as we welcome our newest addition 💕
🗓️ Tuition starts up again after a short break with the new baby towards the end of September. I’ll be running several Year 4 and Year 5 11+ tuition groups, a brand new SATs group and possibly a Year 7 transition group to support my previous Year 6’s, as they begin their secondary journey.
🤩 Please get in touch if you’re interested in a space in the Year 6 SATs Booster group or a Year 5 11+ Preparation Group (for the Torbay Schools). There are 1-2 spaces remaining in those groups on Wednesdays after schools.
🤩 I’ll also be offering tuition for home-ed students on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for the first term, so please do let me know if you’d be interested.
