So what have we been up to this week?

September is always a busy month getting back into the swing of a new term and welcoming new little ones to our Childminding family. Monday we had little one join us for a settling session so we stayed home and had our friends over for a play date. Tuesday we headed to Pennywell farm where one of the team was in his element indulging his current interest in tractors.
Wednesday was very wet as heavy Autumn downpours battered our beautiful county. So with the Dryrobe out from summer storage and a hot coffee in hand we headed to one of our favourites: World of Country Life where we played in sandpits, ran through tunnels, saw Alpacas, goats and some rabbits (who also seemed unimpressed with the changing weather).
Thursday we joined our friends in the local library for stories, songs and craft, followed by a lovely walk where we spent time spotting signs of Autumn and dodging some heavy showers!
It has certainly been a busy week filled with laughter, fun, making memories and welcoming new friends 😊
