Home Ed Opportunity: Would anyone be up for a regular wild adventure day? It would be drop off but parents can stay if needed. The day would run from 10-3ish with some longer days for some of the adventures. The day would either be a Monday or a Friday.

Adventures would include abseiling, climbing, canoeing, bushcraft, river swimming, tubing. Location would be Dartmoor and surrounding areas so lots of time on the Tors and in the rivers. Cost per child would be £25 per day. It would be a weekly session with a 3 week trial period followed by 6 week blocks.

Tim was home educated and worked for many years at Heavitree Outdoor centre and has now gone solo. He is extremely kind, engaging, fun and welcoming. He is child led and will pace and design activities around the children in the group. He has also
offered to coach older children who may have an interest in leading outdoor activities themselves as part of the sessions.

These sessions will start at the beginning of April and need a minimum of 10 to run with a maximum of 12 in a group. Please DM me with your phone number if you would like a space.

Everything Adventure is a Dartmoor, (Devon UK) based, family run business providing school residentials, weekly home ed sessions and corporate bookings. Adventure in the wild, no matter your age or ability.

Dancing Colours with Wowhaus Art
Family art workshop from 11-12:30pm on Saturday 27th January @ Lustleigh village hall
£15 per participant. Adult participation is suggested for all (embrace creative joy!) and for children age 7 and younger is required.

UPDATED: the first session is sold out so we are adding an earlier session from 9-10:30. There are 6 spaces left for the early one.

We are super excited to welcome Helena this January in a burst of Wowhaus colour and creativity.

The Wowhaus is a time and space for young people to explore their unique creative potential in a fun and engaging process-art led 1.5 hour session.

We will look at the ground-breaking work of abstract artist Sonia Delaunay. The woman who made colour dance! We will be inspired by her costume creations for Ballet Russes to make our very own miniature character in an extravagant, playful and imaginative ensemble.

Helena is a gifted artist and children’s art teacher. Her sessions are creative, fun and absorbing for adults and children alike. She seemlessly introduces different techniques in a playful way and the pieces created are something you will treasure forever. Helena holds a space that is calm, relaxing and welcoming of all neurotypes so this is an inclusive event. Not to be missed!

Come and celebrate the end of summer with fire, dens, tarpology, wild play, music, food and story with the magical Chris Holland. The woods will be in full autumn glory for this change in season forest school. This day is designed for younger children and it is possible to drop off or stay and enjoy the day with your child.

A day of ultimate den building, Tarpology challenges, giant games and fire cooking for older children who love the outdoors. Learn how to build survival dens from wild materials, construct a tarp village to ward off the wildest of storms, play the squirrelling game and feast on food you have foraged and cooked yourself.

Chris Holland is one of the most brilliant and experienced nature connection facilitators and educators in the UK. His kindness, magic and bushcraft skills provide young people with a chance to feel good in themselves and connect to each other and the wild and wonderful world to which they belong.

Woohoo!!!! The one and only Chris Holland is coming back to Dartmoor for 3 full days of wild discovery, play and nature connection. Chris playfully curates days full of wisdom, kindness, magic, story and music in which children feel connected to themselves, each other and the wild world around them.

Tuesday 15th August: FIRE
Explore your relationship with the element - fire challenges, get a brew on with a kelly kettle, learn to make fire by friction and think about the element of fire in our lives.

Wednesday 16th August: TREES
Deepen your knowledge of these wonderful beings through games. Explore whittling, craft, and tool use.

Thursday 17th August: NATURAL MUSICIANS
A day of creativity and music with chilled vibes and forest play in the hammocks

For those who would like to stay over we have a beautiful wild 5 acre site with incredible views, ancient oak grove and abundant wildlife. There will be a shared campfire, storytelling and stars.

Whittling Wild Creatures with Alex Finberg
Tuesday 25th July - am and pm sessions
Age 6+
£36 per family (1 parent and 1 child)

Learn the art of whittling with this introductory course into carving wild creatures!

There'll be the choice of a skulk of foxes, a bolete Mushroom or a Woodland Gnome. I'll offer detailed instructions and cover a variety of knife techniques so you can carry on carving at home or in the woods.

This workshop is suitable for complete beginners and intermediate carvers. Children need an adult to participate alongside them. Workshops last 2 1/2 hours and there is a morning and an afternoon session so please let us know if you have a preference when booking.

All Age Drumming Circle @ Wild Nights with Beat Wise Drums
6pm on Saturday 24th June

£10 per Drum - non drummers are welcome and attend for free

Sunset drumming workshop on the roof of Dartmoor with the incredible Justin from Beat Wise Drums. Expect awesome rhythms, good vibes, delicious food, a roaring fire and lovely people in a beautiful location near Lustleigh.

The session will be split into two parts with an initial hour workshop followed by a break for food and then going deeper for those who wish.

All are welcome and this event is suitable for everyone! Group drumming is deeply integrative and benefits of participation include: team-building, improved confidence/self-esteem, reduced stress/blood pressure and immune system activation.
