🇪🇺🇪🇺European Day of Languages🇪🇺🇪🇺
We had a fun filled day at nursery on Tuesday to celebrate 'European Day of Languages'.
Some special visitors from St. Colman's called and taught us French.🇫🇷
We made yummy Italian Pizza for snack.🍕🇮🇹
Some of our friends from P2, P3 and P7 called to teach us how to Irish dance.🇮🇪☘️
Finally, we made cool hats, using all the lovely colours from European Flags.❤️🧡💛💚💙🤍
It was a 'manifique' day, full of 'ceol agus craic'!🥰🥰

We are so excited to welcome Group One and Two of our new intake to St. Patrick's tomorrow.
Group one children are in from 9am to 10am and group two are in from 10:30am to 11:30.
All our staff have been working hard to ensure that our setting engages those wonderful little minds and that this transition to school is as smooth as possible!
A few reminders:
📍 label your child's clothes and shoes;
📍 bring a spare change of clothes to leave in Nursery;
📍 pop activity and snack money into the post box in a labelled envelope;
📍 ensure your child is wearing Velcro shoes.
Tomorrow you will hand us your most precious possession. We understand that this is not only a massive day in the life of your child but in your life too! We think this wee poem is perfect for tomorrow!
