What an incredible few months it has been at RFKC. 💙

We’ve watched our students take their first classes, earn new belts, overcome nerves, build confidence, make friends, and achieve things they once thought were impossible.

To every student — thank you for your hard work, discipline, and brilliant spirit on the mats.

To every parent — thank you for trusting us to be part of your child’s journey. Your support means so much to our team.

Now it’s time for everyone to enjoy a well-earned summer break.

📅 RFKC will be closed from Wednesday 9th July and will reopen on Monday 20th July.

We hope you all have a fantastic holiday, make amazing memories with your families, and come back refreshed for another exciting term of training.

We’ve added an extra class — and the energy is incredible 👇

Our Warrenpoint karate classes have grown rapidly, and the passion, focus, and confidence on the mats have been unreal. Because of this demand, we’ve opened an additional Warriors & Spartans class to give families more space, more attention, and more flexibility — without ever lowering standards.

💙 When a young person finds their spark again… 💙

This message came in after Ethan’s very first class last night, and it says everything about why we do what we do.

“Jamie, I cannot thank you enough. Ethan really needed a passion, especially at his age, after losing his love for football.

He came home absolutely buzzing and immediately showed me the kicks he learned on his pads — he’s got amazing strength. He’s so excited to come back tonight, and I’m incredibly proud of him.

He even decided last night to start making better food choices because he wants to look after himself. He told me that Master Robson is a lovely man and that he didn’t feel anxious at all once the class got going.
