Admissions criteria for applications to Pre-school and Primary One for September 2026 are now live on our website.

It is important that you read the published admissions criteria for each of the Pre-school settings or Primary schools you wish to list on your application.

Applications open on EA Connect at 12 noon on 7 January 2026 for Pre-school and Primary One, and we recommend you list at least four pre-school settings or primary schools in your order of preference .

The staff, management committee and the entire Jollytots family are heartbroken at the tragic passing of Oisín Killen and we extend our deepest sympathy to his parents Ciara and Declan, brother Daithí, sister Nora and the Fitzpatrick and Killen families.

Oisín joined Jollytots in September 2024, following in the footsteps of his older siblings. From day one he formed lasting friendships through his gentle and kind nature.

Always to be found enjoying our outdoor construction and garden play areas, Oisín had a wonderful preschool year with us, making memories that our class of ‘24, our staff and parents hold dearly. It was a pleasure to welcome him through our doors every morning and watch him progress to his graduation day in June.

Oisín will be missed beyond words. He has left an unforgettable impression on us all and in time we will honour his memory in our school, remembering him for the activities he loved and for his beautiful smile, warm and caring personality.

For now, all of our thoughts and prayers are with Oisin’s heartbroken family.

Rest in peace Oisín. You will be forever in our hearts 🤍🌈 🪽

📚✨🎉 A huge thank you to everyone who supported our quiz night which raised the fantastic amount of £850 for Jolly Tots 👏🎊

The staff and management committee would like to thank all who came along on the night, to those that contributed prizes for our raffle and to everyone who bought tickets or made a contribution ❤️

A special thanks also to Laverty’s Bar and Lounge and quizmaster Kevin for hosting the night. We had a brilliant turn out and every penny raised will help us continue to support our preschool children in the community of Mayobridge📚🛝🧸

Congratulations to the winning quiz team, with our very own Mairead Gallagher retaining her title as quiz champion for the second year 🎉
