Just checking you haven’t given up on you.
✨I’m here to tell you it’s not too late for you. Im a i’m a life coach for women perhaps like you in midlife & beyond.

Real life lately behind the scenes..
~ When the rock pool paddles go wrong 😂
~ The sun has shone on occasion but it’s fffreeezing & hold onto your hats in the wind 💨
~ Hospital appointments & making the most of waiting time (life is a little different these days but hubby is okay)

The bonus of being on the planet for a few years is that I’ve learned a thing or two! I’m still learning of course but I wanted so share some common themes that come up in my coaching & day to day conversations.
1. Find what really matters to you. Change and growth is not easy, but it’s harder to stay somewhere you don’t belong. Our values change over time & perhaps what was once important to you doesn’t hold the same meaning.
2. We can make up stories in our minds of what other people think of us. Let go of external validation & the weight of others expectations. What’s more important is what you think of you. Start there.
3. Learn how to let go of the past. I know it’s not easy, but with help can mean you don’t destroy the peace of your future too. Your past does not define you & what is ahead of you is more important than what has already gone.
4. Gamechanger! Notice your thoughts, and remind yourself that thoughts are not facts. You are not your thoughts. Don’t let your mind bully you.
5. Your relationship with you is the key to all the others. What I’ve learned is that everyone has a chapter they don’t read out loud. As you age you will need you in your corner more than ever. Learn to love you just for being you.
6. Start before you’re ready. Don’t wait for motivation because it may not come. Take messy action first, and then you’ll become motivated.
7. Don’t let age hold you back. I teach women how to change their perspective because those social timelines are totally made up. If there’s something you really want to do or change or start…or leave behind…do it! Take that first step today.

7 things to start now if you want to see yourself in new ways in 2026
When you’re not sure what to focus on why not start with you? It’s time to get to know your favourite version of you this year…
1. Notice how you talk to yourself. Self talk is key to how you see yourself. Start here: if you wouldn’t say it to a friend don’t say it to you.
2. Journalling can be so powerful and evidence shows it can help reduce stress and anxiety. When we journal our thoughts, it can bring a closure to our brains and those repeated overthinking patterns.
3. Move your body. Move it in any way, that feels good whether that’s dancing in the kitchen going for a walk in nature, lifting some weights or a daily stretch.
4. Practice daily positive affirmations. A simple practice I encourage my clients to embrace that can make you feel more grounded. Uplifting encouraging words you need to hear.
5. Put yourself on your to-do list and if you’re not at the top, you should be. Give yourself the same love care & attention you give to those you care about.
6. Get to know yourself on the inside. This midlife stage of life is different. There’s been so much change for you. When you become your own best friend & have your own back your life will change.
7. Learn to visualise your ideal day. Bring it to mind & remind your subconscious what is important to you.
Please believe me when I say you are the greatest project you will ever work on. Do it for you.
