My class at Trevone Village Hall is now on Tuesdays at 9.30am instead of Mondays.

Wednesday 8.30am AND I’m covering Saturdays 9am Hatha Flow this week too!

I’ll guide you through a cooling yoga flow to improve flexibility, boost blood circulation and increase oxygen with movement, breathwork and mindfulness!! All very needed in this glorious hot weather!! ☀️🫶🧘🏼‍♀️

This week’s classes will have a core focus. Not in a intimidating competitive way but the gentle yogic way; where egos are left at the door and your left feeling centred, focused and stronger. 💪

Please note no Padstow class this week. BUT i’m adding another Wednesday class at Highcliffe as the Easter beachy hols continue for many!
