Located in the quiet residential street of Bonython Road (near the Barrowfields) Small Wonders Children’s Day Care Nursery is a small, homely nursery with a strong family feel. We are a 45 place nursery catering for the personal, social, emotional and educational needs of children from birth to 5 years old. The children who attend Small Wonders benefit from a large free-flow garden complete with walk-in sandpit, undercover astro turf and a boat, forest school with planned one to one activities, open plan kitchen where meals are cooked daily, filling the nursery with lots of ‘yummy smells’ and specially designed, well-equipped playrooms for both our Caterpillar’s (under 2’s), Red Butterflies (2’s) and Blue Butterflies (3 and 4's).
‘We understand that as busy parents ourselves; juggling work, life and childcare can be a challenge. This is why we strive to provide everything your child may need for their busy day of laughing, loving and learning’. Everything from nappies to suncream and meals to wet wipes are included in our prices. Our aim is to minimise your workload and maximise your quality family time. Our team is made up of a variety of childcare professionals from different backgrounds. All of our Nursery Practitioners are qualified or working towards Level 3, we also have a qualified Teacher and Forest School Leader. This combination of diverse specialisms ensures that we are able to support all children in their individual learning journey towards school.
