Not sure what to do with you Harry Potter books now the wicked witch of the West has turned sour every bit of magic through her disgusting behaviour towards the Trans community?

Transparent Presence CIC is an amazing organisation supporting trans people and gender explorative / non binary people and their families through what can be a difficult and emotional ride for all. They are also some of my best friends and I love them to bits.

As typical autistic people we had a love of the HP worlds. Now anything to do with it makes me feel sick knowing every penny she earns from those sales makes her hard heart turn to stone even more then before.

So why not do a little malicious compliance and turn her hatred of Trans people into something good. I have no idea what they have up their sleeves but knowing Elliot Kenton it will be fabulous. So donate to TP and let’s see what they come up with

Do you still have your collection of Harry Potter books? Donate these wizard-boy paperweights to us, and we'll use the pages creatively in a community creativity workshop to create found poetry to spread a message of positivity about inclusion, trans rights and allyship at Boardmasters and beyond.

Books can be dropped into Jake's Bakes Cornwall, St Austell, ready for our monthly social support group on Monday 3rd August.

JK Rowling has been one of the loudest transphobic voices, fuelling hate, spreading misinformation, and funding anti-trans legislation. Our rights are eroding as a result of a campaign that Joanne donated £70k to.

Trans lives matter more than fictional wizards. Real people deserve respect, dignity, and safety, which is why many advocates emphasize that supporting the Harry Potter franchise can fund views that harm the trans community. We want to make something positive out of JK Rowling books, working with people within the community and beyond.

Trans rights matter more than wizard fiction. It's time to let go of a tired franchise!

Hi all; I’m going to fully put myself out there solo for once!! Feels a bit like a dating site but with less prospect of coming across potential serial killers….

I’m Marie , a neurodivergent artist and muralist who works under the name Creative Neurodivergent . You may have seen some of my work around Cornwall (blatant self promo pics below), both as a solo muralist and artist but also through the unpaid work I do for Your Art Connect CIC.

As well as doing lots of awesome community projects such as working with kids excluded from school, , painting up hospitals and libraries, running home ed groups and groups for adults with learning disabilities I’m also responsible for helping to brighten up the town (and other towns) with lots of bright artwork. I’m great at getting the work done but not so great with self promotion so here goes!

Following some serious ongoing health complications this last year I have had to make a total career change from my usual work of supporting families of SEND children and SEND consultancy/ training, and I am now trying to build my creative business through paid murals and art commissions and bespoke pieces of bright, bold furniture.

So, whether you’re looking for a small bedroom piece of furniture, or a massive external gable end mural, please check out my varied work and get in touch. I have more murals coming along the tram tracks over August and across Cornwall and it would be awesome to chat to anyone passing again when working so come and say hi.

I’m a bit of a perfectionist and also do total room makeovers (see below ) with my son and will make sure whatever you want is exactly as you pictured it!
