Every year at Taran Tek TaeKwon-Do we launch a club incentive to get everyone stretching over the summer holidays.
The overall aim is to improve flexibility which will benefit TaeKwon-Do training.
Print off the calendar and tick every day that you have stretched, at the end of the 6 weeks take your calendar to your instructor for a prize.
