We're looking forward to this year's Skills Day with the Isle of Wight Council on 17 July!

The day will provide opportunities to develop workplace skills, build confidence, and explore the many pathways into employment. Through interactive activities and practical sessions, interns will gain valuable experience while connecting with peers, staff, and local employers.

We're proud to support inclusive opportunities that empower young people to develop their talents and achieve their ambitions.

We can't wait to see everyone there! ๐Ÿ™Œ

Monday - the start of a new week for our busy interns! โœจ

.and this week, our Interns will be taking part in mock interviews at the College, excellent practice and experience for the near future as they continue to job search and apply for paid employment opportunities ๐Ÿ”๐Ÿ“‘

This is just one of the many pre-employment activities that we support our Interns with, and is highly valuable as they receive constructive feedback and further tips to enhance their interviewing techniques.

We also look at reasonable adjustments that can be made, and in the past year have worked with Employers to ensure our interns receive the appropriate support to fully participate in the interview and subsequent onboarding processes.โญ๏ธ
