Dear Parents/Carers,
We are doing something a little bit special at Airborne, and we want to hear directly from our gymnasts about what makes our club special to them.
We would love every gymnast to take part by answering one simple question:
WHY DO YOU LIKE AIRBORNE GYMNASTICS CLUB? 💗
There are no right or wrong answers, and we want the gymnasts to be as creative as they like.
They could:
• Write one word
• Write a short phrase
• Write a few sentences
• Draw a picture
• Tell us about their favourite part of gymnastics
• Tell us about their coaches or friends
• Tell us how gymnastics makes them feel
• Or simply tell us what makes Airborne special to them
What we'd like you to do
Please ask your gymnast to create their response on a A4 piece of paper 📝
We'd love the pages to be bright, colourful and easy to read, so they can use drawings, pictures, large writing, different colours — whatever they like! 🌈
Please bring their completed page along to their next gymnastics session and hand it to one of the coaches. ✔️
We are going to put all of the responses together to create a special "Why We Love Airborne" display, showing what our gymnasts themselves think makes our club such a great place to be. ❤️
We also hope to share some of the responses on our social media (with permission), so we can celebrate the amazing things our gymnasts have said about their club.
Most importantly, we want this to be their club, their voice and their ideas.
As we continue to develop Airborne, we will use what our gymnasts tell us to help shape our club values and the culture we want Airborne to be known for.
We can't wait to see what they come up with!😍
