Next Thursday (17th) we have our first Team Gathering of 2022!

Greg Creel will be down to teach a class starting at 6pm. The class will be 90 minuntes long followed by some Belt Promotions and rolling!

We would very much like everyone to attend if possible. If you have a Gi, please wear it. If not, you are fine to train No Gi :)

This will be COMPLETELY FREE to all members!

We are now very happy to announce our first course since 2019! Due to the popularity of previous courses (That completely sold out!) we have added more spaces!

🔸 For only £25 you will have access to a Beginner specific class once per week for 4 weeks.

🔸 Starting Thursday 7th of October and ending on Thursday 28th of October.
🔸Classes will be at 6PM everything Thursday for the Duration of the Course.

🔸 If you book a space on the course and then sign up to a club membership at the end, we will provide you with a FREE Gi (Training Uniform) Worth £60!

We will be re opening for classes from Monday the 3rd of May!
There will still be restrictions in place, just like before we closed, training pods, limited class sizes etc. But we have some form of training!!!

We are also extremely pleased to officially announce that Uk stand out Black Belt, Jamie Hughes will now be running our BJJ classes. In case you don't know who Jamie is, here are a few of his accomplishments:

It sucks to have to write this but as I am sure you are all aware by now, we have been forced to close (for the 3rd time this year) by the Government. Frustratingly, only 2 days before our intended Christmas closure anyway... So all remaining 2020 classes and awards presentations have been cancelled.

All members will receive an email over the next couple of days regarding your membership payments during the closed period. It can be paused, so please do not cancel.

We hope you all have the best Christmas and New Year possible. We are devastated that we won't get to see anyone in person before Christmas but it's for the greater good.

The day has finally come!

Still not back to normal, but it's a start and we could not be more excited!

For those of you that have booked onto classes, we will see you tonight! 😁

Quick reminder of the new rules that are in place:

- Arrive to training ready to train.

- Must sign track and trace form upon first visit back. (We don't need this done every time because of the booking system that is in place)

- Temperature will be scanned (can check head or wrist)

- Sanitize hands and feet before stepping onto mats.

- Shoes, bags, drinks bottles will be kept on individual shelves. Nothing taken onto mats.

- Do not walk through other people's training areas. There is space around each box to walk.

- If you show any symptoms of illness, you must not attend training and inform a member of staff immediately.

- Come to training clean and in clean clothes, anyone with a visibly dirty gi/no gi kit will be sent home.

- Every class must be booked in advance. If you attend without booking, entry will be refused. No exceptions.

- No hanging around in the corridor before/after training. If you are in the earlier class, please leave straight after training so the mats can be cleaned.

- I know we've all missed each other, but please don't run around hugging everyone when you first see them 😅

- Toilet use must be limited when possible

- Upstairs will be off limits for now (we just put the bloody coffee machine up there as well!!! 🤣)

- Have fun!!!

As stated in previous post, we are currently only open for existing members but are working hard to be able to welcome new people to our club! Keep an eye on our social media pages as we will be keeping everyone updated with the situation!

Great News! So as per Government guidance, we are allowed to re open from Monday the 10th of August!

We have spent the last few months putting all necessary precautions in place to ensure the safety of our members and staff.

For now, we will only be opening for our current members and will not be taking on any new members. This is as a thank you to our current members that have continued to support us in any way throughout lockdown.

New people and old members will be able to join soon. We are working on more options for September. Keep an eye out for further updates.

Here are the new rules that must be followed for the foreseeable future:

- Classes will be socially distanced (The mats have been marked out with individual areas to make this easy)

- Class size has been reduced to 10 per class

- Class length has been shortened so we can fit in 2 classes and leave time in between to clean mats.

- Members have to book in via our new members booking system. Failure to do so will result in being turned away from classes. (Message for link)

- Members will need to have temperature scanned upon entry and Fill out track and trace form.

- Hands and feet must be sanitised before stepping onto the mats (Sanitising stations are at multiple places in the gym)

- No gathering in the corridor before or after your class

- Come to class ready for training. No shared changing areas in use.

- No items will be brought onto the mats. We have individual shelves for each member, all shoes, bags and drinks must go onto those shelves.

We understand that this is a big change and may be frustrating for many, but it is a way for us to get back to what we love and we hope to see you all next week!

If you have frozen your membership, it can be restarted and you will be able to book on to classes.

Tonights No Gi class at 7PM will be the last class until further notice :(

‼️ Tonight (Tuesday 17th of March) Will be the last classes at the gym for at least the next 10-12 Days ‼️

Following Recent Guidlines set out by the Government to
avoid any unnecessary contact due to the COVID-19 outbreak, We have had to make the very tough decision to temporarily close the gym until further notice.

This decision has been very hard to make but the health and safety of our members and their families has to come first. Thank you for your understanding.

We will reevaluate the situation in 10-12 days and
update you all on what is happening.

We sincerley hope you all continue to support the future of the club by continuing your memberships with us.
In exchange for your support we will be working very hard to provide all members with original video content
so that you can continue your Jiu Jitsu and
Kickboxing learning from the comforts of your own homes.

We hope that those of you that are not showing any symptoms or have been in contact with anyone that is... will be able to attend training tonight!
