A few photos from Saturday’s Stretching & Flexibility Workshop with Maddalyn!
Our students spent the session working on their mobility, flexibility and range of movement
All areas that can make a huge difference to their kickboxing
It was great to see everyone challenging themselves, learning how to stretch effectively and, most importantly, understanding that flexibility is something we can develop with consistent work
A fantastic session from Maddalyn and brilliant effort from everyone who came along! 👏
Now the challenge is to keep putting it into practice! 😅❤️🖤

AND SO THE JOURNEY BEGINS…
A big welcome to Thomas, George and Charlie, who have all officially completed their first class at AJ’s Kickboxing Academy!
Every black belt, competitor and experienced martial artist started in exactly the same place, with that very first class
Today was their turn to take that first step
New skills to learn, confidence to build, challenges to overcome and plenty of fun to be had along the way!
First class complete ✅
Next stop… class number 2!
