I finally have the pleasure, due to now having the most peaceful space to offer Wellness for New Parents 🙂
The struggle of becoming new parent, no matter how that happens, can provide challenges and difficulties for both parent and infant.
In these classes there will the guided support to provide strategies to help the bond between child and parent, emotional and mental support as well as a safe space to share a feel a sense of community.

The first session will be taking place August (week to be confirmed) and there will be an initial 5 spaces available.
