Punching pads with all their might, with sweat and pain,

Yet they return, again and again.

Pad smashing, sweat dripping, as their strength builds, bodies and spirits renew, and In the mirror, a warrior they do view.

Laughter, cheers, friendships grow in the class, which is more than just a fight, a journey of self, of power, of will.

Our Boxing classes are unique in that we incorporate self defence from other systems and styles especially the filipino arts Kali, JKD, etc

All great journeys start with the first step, now’s the time to start your journey no matter how old, unfit you feel, our classes have something for you…
