Congratulations to all of the students at HKD who passed their resource grades this evening.
The juniors class all performed to a good standard and showed significant progress for their previous grades. They’re a great group of children/teens who are a credit to their families. Each have shown commitment and determination over recent months. Confidence is growing too!!
The adults class, a tough grading as I know no other way, but they each held their own. it’s a privilege to coach each of you but more importantly call you my friends. #

As classes come to an end for 2021, I’d like to take this opportunity to congratulate all of the children’s class students of their efforts this year. Each student has progressed well since our return to the gym in May. All of them passing their respective grades. I couldn’t be prouder and feel extremely privileged to be your coach. The adults class has also seen some great progression. With some significant changes to the system, each of you have taken them on board and I’m excited to see where things take us next year!! Some awards were also given to the children students. To individuals that have maybe pushed that little bit harder, conquered their own troubles and really above all set an example of what it means to be a good student and even better young person. Those awards went to: Harlowe Taylor - Best Stylist. Sian Bowen - Most improved. Dylan Sparks - Student of the year. In the adults class Peter Davis () was promoted to his Yellow Belt. Congratulations all, and as I say, I’m extremely proud of you all. Merry Christmas Lee.

With time away from the gym, it’s an opportunity to focus your practice on areas that have maybe been neglected or need some extra attention. Online 1:1 lessons can help with working on areas as technique, mechanics in movement and overall performance. To discuss either DM or email.
