Dear Parents and Carers,
We are aware that some families are currently experiencing difficulties when trying to make payments through ParentPay. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and frustration this may be causing.
We would like to reassure you that this issue is not specific to our school. It is part of a wider, central problem affecting the ParentPay system. Many schools and families are experiencing similar issues at this time.
CIVICA who operate our till facility are aware of the problem and are working to resolve it as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, as this is outside of the school’s control, we are unable to fix the issue directly.
Please be reassured that no child will go without food as a result of these payment issues—we will ensure that all pupils continue to be supported as normal.
We appreciate your patience and understanding while this is being addressed. We will share any updates as soon as we receive them.
Thank you for your continued support.
Kind regards,
Newport High School
