Amazing CKM Seminar tonight with a great group of people !! Some new faces and some regulars a lot of fun was had !! Followed by a special event awarding Derek Upward Commando Krav Maga Melbourne his level 5 Instructor certificate !! He worked hard, trained hard and passed a very difficult test !! Congratulations Derek !!!

Day 2 of Smart Safe Women’s Self Defence Bootcamp Commando Krav Maga Melbourne new skills being learned and today we worked a lot on “adapt and survive” and “what if” two very important tools and skills when learning any self defence !! 🔥🔥

Day 1 of Smart Safe Women’s Self Defence Instructor course here in Commando Krav Maga Melbourne - two amazing instructors looking to move up to level 3 and level 4 😎 tough few days ahead for them 🔥🔥

Day 6 CKM bootcamp Commando Krav Maga Melbourne congratulations to Mark Shearer Green lighting level 3 instructor at 64 !! A true warrior !! And Cyanne for passing her level 4 self improvement she did an amazing job and is one tough cookie !! 👊🏻

Day 4 finished !! Congratulations to Findlay Upward for passing his level 1 & 2 instructor exam !! 2 years of training CKM in the bag already and before that training super kid as well !! Commando Krav Maga Melbourne has an awesome addition to their team who has passed from student to instructor !!

Day 3 CKM bootcamp Commando Krav Maga Melbourne is over and ended with an awesome rock n roll party !!! 🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵 an hour of workout followed by 45 minutes of surprise attacks !!! Great finish to an action packed day !! So proud of everyone and the progress they’ve made 👊🏻
