Ithil Braid - losing a close decision… which has she been fit would certainly have gone the other way !

Robyn Roderick…. After two draws in the semi final, the referee gave her opponent the decision. She didn’t get the decision in the third place play off much to her and her opponent’s confusion 😂 but these things happen sometimes !

On to the next one - the preparation for Internationals later this year have started!

European & National Success!!

Congratulations to the 4 Tae Kwon Do Wales students that recently returned from the European Championships in Germany. The small group returned with 2 European Champions and 1 Silver Medallist !

Congratulations also go to the 16 students that attended the recent ‘Sovereign Open Championships’ in Swindon - returning with a massive 24 medals !!

With students now moving up, we now have spaces in our 3-5 and 6-10 year old classes! We also have limited space in our 11 - Adult classes!

Our classes are different to most Martial Arts Classes for starters they cost just £20 per month!

Classes for 3-5 year olds and 6-10 year olds last an hour, for age 11+ they are 90 minutes.

Student do not need a Uniform until they are ready for their second grading!

We do not push students through ‘gradings’ or ‘belt tests’ instead they progress at their own rate!

As shown above our students compete (and succeed!!) at both National and International level, however classes are open to all! They help children (& indeed Adults!) to Build Confidence, Improve Fitness & Coordination, Learn New Skills and meet new Friends!

Proud Instructor / Dad Moment….

On the long drive home from Scotland now, but we get to reflect on some amazing results and performances yesterday at the GTF 2025 World Championships, our small squad of 3 (of my monsters 😂) return home with an awesome medal tally of :

3 x GOLD, 2 x SILVER, 1 x BRONZE

I couldn’t be prouder of you all !

And finally Liam Roderick at the GTF World Championships 2025 with a fantastic performance, returning with 3 Gold Medals & 1 Silver.
