Hello we're Louise and Martyn, both fully qualified and registered childminders. We're qualified childcare practitioners with Levels 3 & 4 Diplomas in Child Care Learning and Development (amongst many other qualifications) with more than 15 years’ experience working with children aged from birth to 18 years. r own children. LouLabell's Cwtch is a ‘Hygge’-accredited setting. Hygge (pronounced hue-guh not hoo-gah) is essentially a feeling of cosiness and comfort that sparks feelings of contentment and contributes to positive wellbeing and feelings. Hygge was initially a Danish lifestyle trend (the word means ‘fun’ in Danish) but many Western cultures are adopting this positive approach to their homes, settings, wellbeing and general lifestyle choices, in order to create and develop a more positive environment and approach to life by enjoying and focusing on the simple things that the world has to offer. Based in Duffryn, Newport perfectly situated to the Coast Road to Cardiff, the SDR and the M4. We work Monday – Friday 7:30am-5:30pm
We have very, very limited availability – if you require childcare with the personal touch. Childcare where numbers are small so your child gets the care and consideration they deserve, days that aren’t rushed and a team who keep you up to date throughout the day with messages and pictures. We live with our fantastic four, the two youngest we home educate. We also share our home with our tortoise Marmite, Bichon x toy poodle Gryff and Schnauzer x Poodle Harry. We also have tropical fish. Qualifications:

* Please note that the full fee is payable whilst your child attends playgroup or nursery. This is to ensure your child’s place during school holidays and nursery closures.
*Contracts are designed to each families personal needs.
*Minimum of 12 hours contracts payable and we highly recommend at least two days per week. Included:
- All snacks and drinks.
- Transfer to and from schools, nursery etc.
- Toddler/Playgroups.
- Purchase of toys, craft materials/activity resources, business paperwork etc.
- Insurances and membership to relevant organisations (PACEY) etc.
