Adapted to maintain the Ghost Prinnciple 'Keep Out Of No Man's Land'. It an unorthdox punch and being unorthdox it catches opponents out, even at international level!

Hi all fit2fite rs due to being away I have had to cancel the class this week 19th Sept Everything resumes as normal next week, for those that haven't come back after a good summer break, it will be good to see you.theres no penalties for missing the classes during the summer.
