The July Monthly Challenge 🔥

Are you looking to get healthier but don’t currently enjoy exercise and need a way to make it fun?

Well this is perfect for you, your dog could also help you win it 🐶

For Julys challenge, the prizes are bigger and better..you don’t want to miss out🏆

These challenges take part a few times a year, becoming a favourite with clients, not only do they push you to become healthier by taking part in healthy competition, but you can also win some fantastic rewards by performing well.

The challenges are highly accessible to all fitness levels, anyone who’s looking to get healthier and have fun can get involved!

As always the challenge is based on a points system, the more points you pick up throughout the month, the higher it places you up the table towards that top 3.

The amount of points you pick up will depend on how hard you push yourself throughout the month, more details on how you pick up those points are included in this video 📹

To make the challenge fair, a maximum of two submissions from points list can be submitted per day, as shown on the challenge rules slide.

The top 3 with the most points at the end of the month can claim the prizes 🥇🥈🥉

In this video, you’ll see how the points system works, the rules for the challenge, and the prizes for the best performing participants at challenge close.

There’s still plenty of time to go, but I’d love as many people to take part as possible, it’s a great way to get more active while enjoying the process 😆

Staying healthy and active while enjoying every single second of it!

Training and life recently😆

The best feeling in the world is being proud of a body that physically and mentally allows you to put your best foot forward.

Everyday won’t be perfect, but it’s much easier to face life with a strong body and sharp mind 💪🧠

Many people see the value in exercise, but life does get in the way and this can cause us to lose sight of what’s really important, not only for us but also the people in our lives.

You may get busy with work, with your kids, with your studies, or any other commitments.

But does this mean that you should still make time for exercise wherever possible?

Absolutely.

By skipping exercise in an attempt to give other things higher in your priority list more of your time, you ironically end up not being able to give your best to those very things.

Ask yourself this, how can you be the best office worker without improved cognitive function that exercise gives us?

The best parent by being able to keep up with your kids if you get joint pain when standing up, or are out of breath when trying to keep up with them?

The best partner if you’re emotionally unavailable by being stressed/depressed all the time?

Exercise gives us so much value, we don’t get that value unless we give it our time ⏰
