10.45-11.30 - Junior Yellow tag/yellow/green tag/green belts
11.30-12.15 - Junior blue tag/blue/red tag/red belts
12.15-1.00 - Junior black tags/black belts
Sundays
4.00 - 4.45pm - Junior sparring
4.45 - 6.00pm - Adults (all belts)

5.30-6.30 - Junior yellow tag/yellow/green tag/green/blue tag belt

Huge congratulations to our students following the black belt grading last weekend.
Grace Kinsella-Maher, Thomas Lavelle, Joseph McDonagh, Ruby Pinches, Daisy Pinches and Rylea Langford who were all promoted to 2nd Degree Black Belt.
Dexter Lynch, Dean Lynch, Alfie Bowden, Maliki Bratcher, Alexia Simpson and Rhys Tamolang who were all promoted to 1st Degree Black belt.
All those who graded did themselves and the club proud.

Proud to announce that Newport School of Tae Kwon-Do are joining forces with Cwmbran & Pontypool TKD, Ponthir TKD, Carl Betty Martial Arts and Risca TKD, to raise money for the Ukraine Humanitarian appeal.
Each club will be holding a sponsored kickathon, with students attempting 1k kicks each in an hour.
