Not moving = self harm
Some movement is better than none. Don't focus all your energy on specifics if your output is low. Find something that you will do and do it consistently in small doses. Watch things start to compound!
Try a multitude of things, Don't box yourself in and widen your horizon. You will enjoy the process more.
Anything is better than nothing. Start walking first and then run!

I really enjoy my sessions with Tumise, he sets realistic objectives and targets, all tailor made. I feel amazing and accomplished after every session!
I am so much stronger than I was. My body has changed in a way that makes me feel more positive and confident. My sleep and mental health have also improved significantly.
I’ve set myself new goals in order to keep improving. I look after myself far better than before and I feel all the benefits for it. I workout first thing in the morning when, previously, I never wanted to get up earlier than I had to but the lifestyle changes I have made have given me the motivation I needed for my self development.
APRIL SWING EVERYDAY - DAY 21!
1st 2 clips - shield cast into bicep curl
2nd clip - Shield cast / 360 into uppercut lunge
Some changes I have noticed after 3 weeks straight of swinging mace/club
Grip strength has increased massively (hands have taken a beating though)
Shoulders feel stronger and more mobile
Feeling more relaxed and holding less tension swinging the mace itself and the path of each rep feels more predictable.
Bodily awarness has improved, i find it requires and extra level of focus to swing this thing.
Definitely would recommend this as a supplement to your regular training to add some much needed rotation, mental challenge and a great core arm/forearm workout.

Mixed up some clubbell, kettlebell and bodyweight exercises for this fullbody circuit
Ex1 - shield cast into single are lateral swing 10ea
2 - 30 bw squats
3 - 30 gorilla rows 15ea
4 - 30 push ups
APRIL SWING EVERYDAY DAY 10
2 Club complexes
1st vid clockwork squat > lateral pendulum swing > windmill
2nd vid shield cast > squat from order position > swing reset to order position

Always learning = Always growing
Loving the process of being a beginner again and exploring outside of my comfort zone.
Two main club movements of the day
1- Lateral hinge mill
2 - Swing 》arm cast (alternating sides and grip)
Followed up with some single arm inside and outside mills not shown.

These pieces of equipment have been one of the best investments I have made recently.
I consistently save time, they are convenient, easy to access, versatile and inexpensive when you consider the amount of training they will allow over a lifetime!

Big shout out to Joe for this massive transformation 26kg (4 stone) lost total.
unfortunately only 18kg difference is shown as original starting photos were lost.
Week in week out, Joe turned up and embraced the hardship of training and made changes to his eating habits. He became fitter and stonger, Started looking better started moving with less pain and his energy levels increased.
Well done Joe. It has been a pleasure to work with you. Keep up the good work!
