Discover the Island's history at the Museum of Island History and Newport Roman Villa, for free! 🏛️

The Isle of Wight Heritage Service will open the doors of the Museum of Island History and Newport Roman Villa, offering the public a chance to explore the Island's rich past without paying an admission fee.

It’s a fantastic opportunity for our pupils to step back in time. Visitors will be able to explore exhibits charting the Island's story from prehistoric times through to the present day, while enjoying a wide range of Heritage Day activities taking place across Newport town centre.

Summer holidays are a fantastic time to make memories, but we know the extra costs can put a real strain on family budgets. ☀️💛

To help ease the pressure over the break, Morrisons and Kellogg’s have teamed up to offer FREE breakfasts for families at all Morrisons Cafés nationwide!

Here are the details of what's included:
🥣 A free bowl of cereal (Corn Flakes or Rice Krispies with dairy/non-dairy milk) and a free portion of fruit (apple or banana).
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 BOTH children AND adults eat for free - no purchase necessary!
📅 Available every day throughout the summer holidays until 6th September.

Plus, their Cafés have activity sheets, books, and crayons to keep little ones entertained. We hope this small bit of news brings a little extra support to our school community this summer!

As part of our RAW lessons, 3RM took on a fantastic fundraising challenge for The Donkey Sanctuary and Daisy Chain. They decorated collection tins and completed jobs at home, everything from gardening to folding laundry.

We're thrilled to announce they raised a whopping £133.69, which will be split equally between the two charities! 🌟 Huge shoutout to the students for their hard work and to the families for their support. Way to go, 3RM! 👏
