From Snowdon to Pen y Fan, Salha has taken on challenge after challenge, and her latest achievement saw her climb Ben Nevis to raise funds for Charity Right.

At Childbase Partnership, we know that working in early years is incredibly rewarding, but it can also be demanding. That’s why we believe that looking after our colleagues is just as important.

Our huge range of benefits is designed to support colleagues, their wellbeing and their lives outside of work too.

We are delighted to celebrate Abby, our incredible 500th learner to successfully achieve her apprenticeship with Edubase Academy!

To mark this fantastic achievement, we presented Abby with a special gift to say a huge congratulations and thank you for being part of such an exciting milestone for us.

Reaching 500 apprenticeship achievements is something we’re incredibly proud of, and it’s made even more special by celebrating the people at the heart of what we do, our learners.

At Childbase, the safety and wellbeing of children, families and colleagues is always our priority.

That’s why every colleague receives comprehensive first aid training, including paediatric first aid and adult first aid.

Our colleagues complete annual refresher training to keep their knowledge and practical skills up to date, ensuring they’re always prepared to respond confidently when it matters most.

We’re proud to have partnered with for many years to deliver this training. Their expert trainers provide engaging, practical sessions that help our teams build confidence and maintain the high standards of care we’re known for.

Our Charity Support Fund is available to support colleagues who are fundraising for charitable causes that are outside of our Company's Charity of the Year.

Whether you're taking on a personal challenge, participating in a fundraising event, or supporting a cause that's close to your heart, you can apply for a donation to help boost your fundraising efforts.

Recently, Chloe from Emscote House took part in the Race for Life in support of Cancer Research UK, with the Charity Support Fund making a donation towards her fundraising.

Natalie from Head Office also received a ÂŁ500 donation from the Charity Support Fund after embarking on the MoonWalk London, helping to raise vital funds for those affected by cancer.

We're proud to support our colleagues as they make a difference for causes that matter to them.
