gire a la derecha → turn right
gire a la izquierda → turn left
siga todo recto → go straight ahead

Gire a la derecha en la esquina → Turn right at the corner
Gire a la izquierda después del semáforo → Turn left after the traffic light

cruce la calle → cross the street
está al lado del banco → it is next to the bank

BEGINNER'S SPANISH CLASSES in Ross-on-Wye
WHEN: Wednesday mornings (9am - 10am - during school term)
VENUE: St May’s Community Hub, Ross
COST: £12 per session (paid as a block booking on a termly basis).

I'm Annette, a local Spanish tutor with over 15 years tuition experience with adult learners and high school students in the Ross/Forest of Dean area. I run a successful Beginners Spanish class which has been going in Ross for nearly a year and my lovely students have now graduated to ‘Improver’ status so I have decided to start a new Beginner’s Spanish class for those with none or a very small amount of Spanish learning. I hope to run these classes concurrently on Wednesdays mornings at St Mary’s Garden Village Community Hub. If you are interested in joining a new Beginners class or have some previous Spanish learning and would like to join our friendly ‘Improvers’ class please get in touch. Classes have a maximum of 8 students to ensure everyone gets the most out of the lessons and learns in a relaxed small group environment.
I also offer 1-1 and 1-2 tuition in Ross for those with preferring a more tailored approach to learning.

Are you interested in learning Spanish in a relaxed and friendly small group setting with other complete beginners? I have a couple of people interested in the Ross/Newent area and am hoping to get together one or two groups of four. The idea is to meet up one morning a week to suit the class members and the class would last for an hour. Ideal for people regularly holidaying in Spain / those with a holiday home there or just simply for those wanting to keep their brain active!
If you are not a beginner, but are interested in joining a similar group-based class, please contact me as it may be possible to also set up an Improvers group too with the right numbers.
One-to-one tuition also available for adults and children.
