Our journey began in the vibrant city of London, where music and performance brought Martin and I together. After years of performing and organizing artistic events, we were inspired by our daughters’ natural grace and rhythm to pursue a dream long-held — to nurture and develop the same passion for the arts in others. At M & L School of Performing Arts, we are proud to offer an extensive curriculum that includes classical ballet, piano/keyboard, drums, and singing lessons. Our ballet program is affiliated with the prestigious Royal Academy of Dance (RAD), ensuring that students receive top-notch training that aligns with the best ballet schools in the UK. Our school stands out with a commitment to excellence and a deep love for the arts. Our facilities cater to students of all ages and abilities, starting with our ballet classes for 18 months old with our Melody Bear program to ballet lessons for adults looking to refine their skills in a supportive environment. We are not just one of many performing arts schools, we are a community where each student’s artistic potential can flourish. For those interested in expanding their musical talents, our school offers piano/keyboard, singing and drum kit lessons taught by experienced musicians who are adept at both classical and contemporary styles. Singers will find a nurturing atmosphere to develop their vocal skills, suitable for those aiming to achieve prowess in genres ranging from classical to gospel. A few weeks ago, while training at the Royal Academy of Dance Headquarters in London, I had the wonderful surprise of bumping into Dame Darcey Bussell.

Meeting such an iconic figure in British ballet—and the President of the Royal Academy of Dance—was definitely a moment to remember! 💫
