Today we took a trip on the bus into Cambridge to visit the museum of zoology, saw lots of different animals, birds, butterflies, fossils, skeletons. Its FREE to visit, donations are appreciated. Its just past the Hilton Hotel (near vodka revs) just on the right

It was lovely and quiet in there as it is term time!

Then we walked down to watch the punts on the river, walked past the colleges and then finished off with lunch at mcdonalds

It's safe to say we have had a lovely morning!

We will definitely visit again, it was a cheap and easily accessible location

Another half term done (almost 😁) visited the T rex in town, had an impromptu visit to the cinema yesterday to watch Encanto, and today went to Milton Country Park and saw lots of ducks and swans

Do not got to lidl....I repeat do not go to lidl 😆

I've seen lots of childminders on fb getting some really nice wooden toys from lidl so I had to go check it out!
They're very reasonable priced, montessori inspired and educational.
There was alot more, and some nice pastel items for babies.

So if you've got little ones birthdays coming up it's worth look!

This is going to keep the little ones here busy for a while!

It's test time! Then the classroom part in few weeks

No rest for the wicked, using isolation time to update my paediatric first aid training.
All childminders have to undertake a 12 hour paediatric 1st aid every 3 years.
Normally this would be 2 x 6 hr classroom sessions but this company is a god send and completes half of the training online so I can complete the classroom part in a few weeks.

Sharing a friends caravan close to Clacton, we stayed here last year, plenty to do, close to the beach
10 mins drive from clacton pier and sister sites close by which you can visit and use facilities

Kitchen with full sized oven/hob, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment. Lounge with TV, Freeview, electric fire, double sofa bed and dining area.
