Three and a half years of working with the council and nearly £100,000 down the toilet jumping through their hoops. Yet we provide childcare for East Cambs (at our Suffolk site) as their is a massive deficit of Early Years places in their area (as shown by the letter of support from Cambridgeshire County Council). We also provide SEND respite and overnight for East Cambs (at our Suffolk site) as their are not enough places in their area. Yet a sui generis change from a former commercial D1 storage and Distribution site is denied. Even though their is precedent from the Jarman Centre for traffic, children's activities and overnight?? Hmmmm....
