Busy classes this evening, Knee high Ninjas work hard as always and well done to Jensen on passing his yellow stripe and Abel on this blue stripe 👊, Family class was busy with newbie shout outs to Oliver John Dave Ellen and Abigail, welcome along, hard cardio sessions this evening with pad work towards the end, 2nd session was a mix of Tuls step sparring and self defense, good work all,till next time be safe 👊

Pad work and sparring featured heavily this evening at Netherseal, good work everyone, onto looking at our self defense for grading, black belts mixed it up performing tuls with weapons instead of using our hands, till next time be safe 👊

Busy week this week with gradings taking place and a busy class Friday, congratulations to Freestyle Taekwondo class who where promoted Izzy Kirsten Len De and Harvey , this is an adults only Korean kick boxing class, in the traditional classes we had Ian, Jude, Tom, Jenny, Ava, Noah, Kirsten, Jacob, Izzy and Joe all being successfully promoted to there next grade, newbie shout out to Emma and Matthew welcome to the family class, we have spaces available in all class Knee high Ninjas (4-8 years old) Traditional class and Adults only class message us for more details or www.nationalforedttaekwondo.org

A massive well done today to team National forest, 17 medals won at the East Midlands championship , including Gold in Team patterns and Special kick 👊

Fantastic effort today from the Ninja's , well done to Frankie for gaining her yellow strip and newbie shout out to Lewis, thanks as always to Mums and Dads for helping us learn blocks this evening, traditional family class was a little quiet this evening, again newbie shout outs to Ian and Jude good work fellas, fitness based classes this evening and I'm sure the second session will feel it tomorrow, building our leg strength, keep up the good work, till next time be safe 👊

Start off a massive well done to Lawrie and Abel in the Ninjas class both earned there yellow belts well-done 👊. In the family classes the first session was do e all in Korean to help you with your theroy good effort, in the second session started with linework, then a lit break falling with step sparring followed by Tuls for the black belts, well done to Mr Baker on his promotion to 1st Dan a fantastic effort sir, till next time be safe 👊.
