Thank you for your kind donations during our Harvest Assembly. Food items have been donated to the Salvation Army food bank in Hawick. They take referrals from the Newcastleton area. They have been in touch to say thank you and they really appreciate the donations. 🍆🥔🥕🥫🥫🍽️

We have more green cucumbers, yellow apple cucumbers and tomatoes harvested from the polytunnel. If anyone would like some before the holidays for a small donation, please catch a member of staff at 12:30 tomorrow. Apparently the yellow apple cucumbers are tasty, if you peel the skin off first 😋.

P4-7 have enjoyed their block of swimming lessons, a very important life skill.
Huge thanks to Lynn for walking up and back with us, making the lessons fun and keeping them affordable.

On Wednesday, P1-7 had a great time exploring and learning the history of Hermitage Castle. The volunteer Border Reivers, did a great re-enactment for the children. This visit complimented the P1-3s work on castles, and P4-7 will be studying the Border Reivers after the half term break. Great to see history up close and on our doorstep!
