🥋🔥 **BACK TO SCHOOL… BACK TO BUILDING CONFIDENCE!** 🔥🥋

Our recent belt testing was something special.

The mats were full of focus, nerves, courage, discipline, and proud moments as our students stepped up and showed how far they’ve come. 👏💙

From our Mini Ninjas standing tall, to our Warriors pushing through challenges, to our Spartans showing leadership — every belt earned tells a story.

Not luck.

Not shortcuts.

Just hard work, practice, resilience, and the courage to keep going.

Now the kids are back to school, this is the perfect time to help them shine — with more confidence, better focus, stronger discipline, and something positive to belong to each week. 🌟

If your child could use a confidence boost this school year, now is the time to start.

📍 Classes in Newry, Warrenpoint, and Kilkeel
👉 Message us today to book your child’s **FREE trial lesson**.

Their first step could be this week. 🥋💙

🎉🥋 A BIG CONGRATULATIONS TO ROXY & SOFIA! 🥋🎉

We love being able to recognise and reward the members who help our RFKC family grow, and today we have another brilliant reason to celebrate. 💙

A huge well done to Roxy, who recommended her friend Sofia to come along and try our classes.

We’re delighted to say that Sofia has now joined RFKC as a member and is officially part of the RFKC family. 👏

As a thank you for the referral:

🏆 Roxy has earned 2 entries into our Annual £500 Cash Prize Draw

🎟️ Sofia has received 1 entry into the Annual £500 Cash Prize Draw as a welcome to RFKC

It’s always special seeing friends train together, support each other and share the journey on the mats.

Congratulations to you both, and a very warm welcome to Sofia. We’re delighted to have you with us. 💙🥋

🥊 NEWRY LADIES — THIS ONE’S FOR YOU ❤️

We’re really excited to be starting a brand-new 4-Week Amazons Ladies Kickboxing Introduction Course from Wednesday 16th September.

And to kick off this next chapter of Amazons properly…

The full 4 weeks are completely FREE.

We’re also delighted to have Amanda joining me on the coaching team.

Amanda is a 1st Degree Black Belt with over 10 years of martial arts experience and has previously refereed with WAKO — the World Association of Kickboxing Organizations, an international governing body for kickboxing.

She’ll be teaching alongside me as we continue building Amazons into a really welcoming, supportive place for women in Newry.

And just to be clear — this is not only for women who are already fit or have done martial arts before.

Quite the opposite.

If you’ve been thinking:

“I'm not fit enough yet.”

“I’ve never tried kickboxing.”

“I’d feel nervous walking in.”

“I don’t know anyone there.”

That’s exactly who this introduction is for.

You can come along, start at your own pace, learn something new, get fitter, build confidence and meet a great group of women along the way.

🥊 4-WEEK AMAZONS INTRODUCTION COURSE

📅 Starts Wednesday 16th September
🥊 Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
⏰ 7:15pm–8:00pm
📍 Robson’s Family Karate, Newry

Come once a week, twice a week or all three nights — whatever works around your life.

✅ No previous experience needed
✅ No need to get fit before you start
✅ Nothing to buy for your first class

🥋🔥 **BIG DAY AT RFKC!** 🔥🥋

Wishing the very best of luck to all of our students taking part in their **belt tests today** 👏

You’ve trained hard, listened, improved, and pushed yourselves every week — now it’s time to step onto the mats, give your best, and show how far you’ve come.

Today is also extra special as we celebrate our **Dan presentations** — our black belt students being recognised for an incredible milestone in their martial arts journey. 🥋⚫

A black belt is never just a belt.

It represents years of discipline, commitment, respect, perseverance, and the courage to keep going when things get difficult.

To everyone testing today — trust your training, stay focused, and enjoy the moment.

To everyone receiving their Dan presentation — be proud. You’ve earned this, and you are helping inspire the next generation of RFKC students.

Today is a very exciting day for our whole school.

Let’s make it a brilliant one. 💙🥋

🥊 PLEASE JOIN US IN WELCOMING AMANDA TO THE RFKC TEAM! 🥊

We’re delighted to officially welcome Amanda to the Robson’s Family Karate instructor team.

Amanda will be working alongside me as we continue to develop and grow our Amazons Ladies Kickboxing programme, and I’m genuinely excited about what she’s going to bring to the team.

Amanda brings a fantastic amount of experience with her:

🥋 1st Degree Black Belt
🥊 Over 10 years of martial arts experience
🏆 Previous experience as a WAKO referee

Many of you will already know Amanda from around the school, but it’s brilliant to now have her stepping into an official teaching role with us.

I’ll still be very much involved in teaching Amazons, with Amanda joining me so we can give the programme even more energy, support and attention as it continues to grow.

This is another really positive step forward for RFKC, and I’m looking forward to seeing Amanda develop in her new role and become an even bigger part of the team.

Please join us in giving her a big RFKC welcome. ❤️🥋

Welcome to the team, Amanda! 👏🥊

🥋 BIG NEWS FOR WARRENPOINT 🥋
We’ve added an extra class — and the energy is incredible 👇

Our Warrenpoint karate classes have grown rapidly, and the passion, focus, and confidence on the mats have been unreal. Because of this demand, we’ve opened an additional Warriors & Spartans class to give families more space, more attention, and more flexibility — without ever lowering standards.

This is how we grow at RFKC:
✔ strong structure
✔ high-quality coaching
✔ and an environment where every child can thrive

⏰ UPDATED WARRENPOINT CLASS TIMES

👶 Mini Ninjas (ages 3–6)
🕟 4:30 – 5:00 pm (no change)

🥋 Warriors & Spartans (ages 7+)
🔥 5:15 – 6:00 pm
🔥 6:15 – 7:00 pm

Why parents are loving this

• calmer, more focused classes
• more individual coaching and feedback
• strong discipline and confidence building
• easier evenings for busy families

If you’ve been thinking about martial arts for your child and want a programme that’s growing for the right reasons, this is a brilliant time to start.
