I just wanted to let my summer term class families know that my daughter did super well in her A-Levels and got into her university of choice to study her course of choice 🙌 We are absolutely thrilled and proud.
This post is also an opportunity for me to give a HUGE thank you back to my class families for listening to me, and supporting me through it! I have shared the stress I've felt - in social time at the hatch - on many an occasion 🤪 I know our classes are supportive. But it's 2 way ... and so thank you for all of the support you've shown me.

I have such fond memories of completing the Snowdog and Elmer trails a few years ago when my two were smaller.

And now that is a wrap on my TinyTalk classes for this term.
We had all the fun again in Kingston Park today.
I also had to say goodbye to more families - some have been with me a long time. It will feel odd not having you there anymore.

We had a lovely time celebrating the end of our summer term of classes in Jesmond today - with a seaside themed lesson, my ‘ice cream’ cakes, Aimee’s vegan lemon drizzle cakes that she bought for the 10am class too, lots of certificates, and lots of smiles.

I wasn't going to mention this. In fact, I haven't mentioned this yearly competition since I won it back in 2018 (see the photo!).
It's a TinyTalk competition to award the top teacher as voted for by class families at our annual conference in October. It's based on what is said rather than number of comments. I've already had 3 heart warming comments without even asking. So I thought that maybe I should let people know about this competition this year, in case you wanted to vote for me. 2018 to 2026 is a long time, right!?
