Great to be back at Dorney Lake celebrating the 10th anniversary of the Superhero Tri! 🦸♂️🏅
I took part in the very first event, and it’s incredible to see how far it has come. There’s something so special about this event that keeps me coming back.
Here’s to 10 years of superheroes, teamwork and unforgettable memories! ❤️

Can’t believe Eddie Howe has gone. Football is crazy.
He gave me my greatest moment as a Newcastle supporter and produced some of the best football I’ve ever seen at St James’ Park.
It’s heartbreaking to see the unbridled potential of that team unravel so quickly.
Eddie built arguably Newcastle’s most successful side in 70 years and finally delivered the trophy we had waited generations for.
That triumph was meant to be a watershed moment, so it’s deeply disheartening to feel trapped in the same cycle that has ultimately claimed so many great Newcastle managers—including the late, great Kevin Keegan.
I’ll always remember meeting Eddie in Dubai. He was incredibly humble, kind and generous. I wish him nothing but the very best.
He should always be remembered as a Newcastle great.

Absolutely devastating news that Kevin Keegan has passed away.
A true legend of a human being, and someone who was a role model and inspiration to me throughout my life. He was incredibly talented, yet always so warm, generous and humble — a rare combination.
My memories of Kevin go back almost as far as I can remember. I had my photograph taken with him at the Benwell training ground as a baby, in front of his Ford Capri. His testimonial was the first football match I ever attended. He was Newcastle manager when I was mascot against Arsenal at Highbury, and after I won my first Paralympic gold medal in Atlanta, he invited me onto the pitch before the opening home game of the season.
When he led Newcastle to promotion, he arranged for the shirt John Anderson had previously given me to be signed by the entire squad. Years later, he also generously wrote the foreword to my autobiography.
Those moments meant the world to me and say everything about the kind of person Kevin was. He made people feel special, and he inspired so many both on and off the pitch.
What a huge miss he will be.
Rest well, Kevin. Thank you for the memories. 🖤🤍

Great day at the Durham SEND Sports Festival at Maiden Castle today.
Schools from across the area came together to try a brilliant range of inclusive sports, including boccia and curling facilitated by SMILE Through Sport, alongside fencing, tennis, basketball, rugby and golf.
It was fantastic to see so many young people getting involved, trying something new, building confidence and, most importantly, having fun.
Days like this are exactly why inclusive sport matters. It opens doors, creates opportunities and reminds every young person that sport is for them too.
A big thank you to everyone involved in organising the festival, the schools who attended, and all the coaches and volunteers who helped make the day such a success.
Sport has the power to bring people together — and today was a brilliant example of that.

Great to be down in Windsor today representing Centrica Networks as Co-Chair of our Diverse Ability Network at the workplace roadshow.
Centrica is continuing to evolve its workplaces to be more accessible, inclusive and empowering — creating environments where all colleagues can thrive, contribute and feel they belong.
For me, accessibility is never just about buildings, systems or adjustments. It’s about culture. It’s about listening, learning, challenging assumptions and making inclusion part of how we work every day.
Today is a brilliant opportunity to connect with colleagues, share experiences and keep pushing forward together.
When workplaces are designed with everyone in mind, everyone benefits.

Hump day reminder: progress doesn’t always arrive loudly. Sometimes it looks like showing up early, rolling in ready, learning something new, and choosing to make the workplace a little more accessible, inclusive and human than it was yesterday.

Very excited to reveal that I’ll be part of the Superhero Tri powered by Marvel 2026! 🦸♂️
I’ll be taking on the 3km bike as part of Team Martha with Fi Cranswick and Martha.
Sport has given me so much in life, and events like this are a brilliant reminder that inclusion, teamwork and determination can create something really special.
