📢 **Bonus Session This Sunday!**

Justin Burlinson (Cage Warriors world champion) missed Tuesday’s session, so he’s putting on a 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗦𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆 to make it up to us — not on the usual timetable.

⏰ **Starting 10:00 AM, running 2–3 hours**

🥋 Wrestling → MMA striking → MMA rounds, with a 10–15 min break

This one’s open to everyone as a launch session — but going forward, Sunday sparring will be invitation only. So get down and show what you’ve got!

Over the last 8-9 months, Steven George France has been working diligently behind the scenes with Craig Jose to help build out the structure here at Northern Kings — and he's stepping into the role of **Programme Director** of our MMA, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and wrestling programmes.

First stop under this new setup: we're thrilled to welcome ** Justin Burlinson ** to the coaching team - current Cage Warriors world champion and one of the most respected names in the sport. Justin takes his first MMA class **tonight, 6:30–8:00 PM**. Book online or via our app - come down and train with a world-class coach!
