After being asked exactly what is it I do... Here is a more detailed description.

I will come along with a member of south shields town hall hand a progression assessment sheet to all attending the session ask them to fill it in... Go through a PowerPoint explaining everything from what lgbt+ stands for to pronouns and prefix' to spectrums plus much more to then fill out the progression forms again at the end off the session...

The purpose of this is to educate people on the "rights and wrongs " within the lgbt community and also to educate people on the wide range of identities for future as you may meet someone of a sexual or gender identity you are not aware of. It's a good way to help against discrimination within the workplace, schools etc it is available for adults and children with parental consent.

I would just love to use my first post to thank everyone who has made this opportunity possible. I hadn't even set up officially and I had a customer book in for a session...
